We agree the scope, deliverables, budget, timeline and acceptance criteria before work begins. Our obligation de résultat — a contractual duty to deliver the agreed result — covers the achievement of those criteria. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed criteria, we correct it at no extra cost, and the related balance becomes due only after acceptance. Scope changes and external dependencies are identified and covered by an explicit agreement, never a surprise on the invoice. You do not pay for time spent: you pay for deliverables accepted against the criteria defined together.
